The focus now moves on to this season’s Scottish Open Volleyball Tournament which takes place on Perth’s North Inch over the last weekend of May. With over 50 teams already entered from around Europe, it looks like being another classic with the final entry numbers set to exceed the one hundred mark once again. The “Perth Open” as it is know in volleyball circles was established in 1985 and has grown to be the largest volleyball tournament in the UK due to its increasing popularity. Let’s hope the sun shines once again on one of Perth’s classic sporting weekends.
