Perth’s premier volleyball league teams met at Perth College on Sunday evening for the penultimate round of fixtures for 2024.
With two games to play, Dodgy Spikers kept up their winning momentum by winning their three games. A run of six points without reply saw them restore a narrow lead before eventually winning 25-23; 13-9. Clackers were next up for the challenge but Spikers showed no mercy on the road to the championship winning 25-13; 22-17. In their final match against Kinross, Spikers were on fire, blowing their opponents away with a 25-7; 25-9 win to see them favourites to lift the championship trophy.
