PLUS Perth Add to their Points Total. Sunday evening’s recreational volleyball league matches produced some really close contests at Perth College on Sunday evening with league leaders PLUS Perth being involved in two out of their three matches.
Sunday evening saw Perth College sports hall buzzing with local volleyballers from around the Big County meeting for the opening league fixtures of the new season.
Sunday evening’s Recreational Cup competition certainly produced many thrills with a number of new faces along with the usual regulars. Three sections of three teams met with the top team in each section qualifying for the semi-finals along with the “best” runner up.
Perth & Kinross District Volleyball Association held their opening league cup competition at Perth College on Sunday evening with five teams competing for the silver cup and close doesn’t really go far enough to describe how this season’s competition finished.
Recreational cup fixtures will be played at Perth College Academy of Sport & Wellbeing on Sunday 25th September from 17:45.
Premier cup fixtures will be played at Perth College Academy of Sport & Wellbeing on Sunday 18th September from 18:00.
On Sunday 4th September 2022 there will a volleyball open night at Perth College Academy of Sport & Wellbeing. This will be from 7:30pm to 9:30pm and is open to anyone. You can either turn up as a team or just as individuals.
The final set of league fixtures in the Perth & District Recreational Volleyball League provided a spectacular climax to the Covid condensed season at Perth College on Sunday evening.
